Job Description:

About the Programme

We are looking for highly motivated candidates to join our Investment Banking Off-Cycle Internship Programme , starting in January 2027 .

The programme offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a leading independent investment banking environment, working alongside experienced professionals and participating directly in live transactions and strategic advisory projects .

From day one, interns will be fully integrated into the team and will have exposure to different stages of the transaction process, developing strong analytical, financial and execution skills.

Key Responsibilities

As an Off-Cycle Intern, you will support the Investment Banking team across a range of assignments, including:

  • Supporting the execution of M&A and other corporate finance transactions.
  • Performing company, industry and market analysis.
  • Conducting financial analysis and valuation, including comparable companies, precedent transactions and DCF analysis.
  • Supporting the preparation and review of financial models.
  • Preparing presentations, pitchbooks, information memoranda and other transaction materials.
  • Identifying and analysing potential investors, buyers, targets and strategic opportunities.
  • Supporting due diligence and transaction execution processes.
  • Working closely with senior members of the team on live mandates and business development initiatives.

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates with a strong academic background, excellent analytical capabilities and a genuine interest in Investment Banking.

Requirements:

  • University student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or another relevant discipline .
  • Previous internship or professional experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Finance, Financial Consulting, Transaction Services or a similar finance-related environment.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting and valuation fundamentals.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Bilingual or near-native level of English and Spanish.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, rigorous and team-oriented mindset.
  • Full availability to join the programme full-time from January 2027 .
