Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Work closely with R&D engineers to identify patentable ideas

Assist inventors in filing timely and accurate invention disclosures

Evaluating invention disclosures with the goal of providing optimal protection and generating maximum long term value to MPS

Prepare, file, and prosecute patent applications meeting international standards

Conduct patent search and analysis

Requirements:

Master degree in Microelectronics, Electronic Engineering or Communication Engineering

Excellent command of English

Confidence and communication skills at all levels

Strong reasoning ability and writing skills

Attention to details and deadlines

Experience in R&D, or drafting and prosecuting patent applications is preferred
