GEQUMA bietet eine digitale Lösung für Betriebliches Gesundheitsmanagement (BGM) an. Wir suchen einen technischen Allrounder (m/w/d), der Freude daran hat, unsere interne IT nicht nur zu betreuen, sondern aktiv mitzugestalten und zukunftssicher aufzustellen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Administration unserer internen Systeme, Zugänge und Berechtigungen
  • Technischer Support bei Problemen im Arbeitsalltag und Kunden
  • Umsetzung von Backup-, Update- und Sicherheitskonzepten
  • Dokumentation der IT-Strukturen und administrativen Prozesse
  • Schnittstellenmanagement mit u.a. externen IT- und Software-Dienstleistern

Das bringst du mit

  • Erfahrung in IT-Administration, Systembetreuung oder vergleichbaren Aufgaben
  • Gute Kenntnisse moderner Cloud- und Arbeitsplatzlösungen
  • Verständnis für IT-Sicherheit, Datenschutz und Berechtigungsmanagement
  • Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude daran, eine saubere IT-Struktur mit aufzubauen und langfristig zu betreuen
