- > First-Level-Support für unsere Anwender im Verwaltungs- und Produktionsumfeld
- > Workplace Management - Einrichtung, Konfiguration und Betreuung von PCs, Notebooks, Druckern, Scannern, Lagerscannern und mobilen Endgeräten
- > Anwender- und Anwendungsbetreuung im Umfeld Microsoft 365
- > Digitalisierung & Prozessoptimierung / Erstellung und Betreuung elektronischer Workflows
- > Technischer IT-Support für ausgewählte Business-Anwendungen
- > Dokumentation & Wissenstransfer
Ihr Profil:
- > Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration, Fachinformatiker Digitale Vernetzung, IT-Systemkaufmann) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- > Erste Berufserfahrung im IT-Support oder IT-Service-Management von Vorteil
- > Gute Kenntnisse im Microsoft-365-Umfeld
- > Interesse an Digitalisierung, IT-Sicherheit und modernen Unternehmensanwendungen
- > Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- > Hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung
- > Teamfähigkeit sowie gutes Kommunikationsvermögen
- > Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- > Kenntnisse im Bereich Microsoft Power Plattform wünschenswert
- > Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse in Produktion und Verwaltung wünschenswert
- > Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Informationssicherheit oder SIEM-Systeme wünschenswert
