Für unseren Kunden, ein mittelständisches Handelsunternehmen in Deutschland, suchen wir einen IT-Administrator (m/w/d) Cloud & Collaboration in der Nürnberger Region.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Verwaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft 365- und Azure-Umgebung inklusive Entra ID
  • Betreuung von Microsoft Teams und anderen Kollaborationstools, Einführung neuer Features
  • Integration von Copilot & Copilot Studio zur Prozessautomatisierung
  • Erstellung von Workflows und Apps mit Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
  • Erstellung von Berichten und Dashboards mit Power BI Pro und Microsoft Fabric
  • Administration von SharePoint Online und Exchange Online
  • Verwaltung von Benutzerrechten und Sicherheitsrichtlinien über Entra ID

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Administration von Microsoft-365-Umgebungen und Entra/Azure
  • Kenntnisse in den Bereichen IT-Security, Cloud-Infrastrukturen und idealerweise PowerShell
  • Strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise und Freude daran, sich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Von Vorteil, aber kein Muss

  • Microsoft-Zertifizierungen (z. B. AZ-900, MS-900 oder höher)
  • Erfahrung mit Governance-Themen rund um SharePoint und die Power Platform
  • Know-how in der Architektur von Microsoft Teams oder im Umgang mit Microsoft Fabric
  • Berührungspunkte mit Security- oder Compliance-Themen
