Nutzer-Support & Servicemanagement

Modern Workplace & Microsoft 365

  • Administration und Optimierung der Microsoft 365-Umgebung mit Fokus auf Teams, SharePoint und OneDrive
  • Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung moderner Kollaborations- und Kommunikationslösungen

Client & Asset Management

  • Beschaffung, Einrichtung und Verwaltung von IT-Arbeitsplätzen (Windows & macOS, gelegentlich Linux-Basics)
  • Sorgfältige Dokumentation und Verwaltung der IT-Assets

Mobile Device Management

  • Verwaltung und Konfiguration der Endgeräte über Microsoft Intune
  • Sicherstellung eines einheitlichen, sicheren Geräte-Setups

Netzwerk & Infrastruktur

Troubleshooting bei Störungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Infrastruktur-Team

Optional / von Vorteil

  • Erfahrung mit Fortinet/FortiGate-Komponenten
  • erweiterte Netzwerkkenntnisse (z. B. Routing, Switching, VPN)
  • Erfahrung mit Telefonanlagen bzw. Telekommunikationssoftware

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung
  • Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
  • Strukturierte, verlässliche Arbeitsweise mit Blick für saubere Dokumentation
  • Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau oder vergleichbar (mindestens C1)
