Für unseren Partner in Dornstadt suchen wir IT-Client-Administrator / IT-Support-Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung in Vollzeit.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Bearbeitung und Lösung von IT-Anfragen im 1st-Level-Support
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im Client- und Arbeitsplatzumfeld
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Bereitstellung von Clients mithilfe von Matrix und/oder Microsoft Endpoint Manager
  • Pflege, Aktualisierung und Dokumentation des Asset Managements
  • Dokumentation von Supportfällen sowie Mitarbeit an der Optimierung bestehender IT-Prozesse

Was Du mitbringen solltest:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Softwareverteilung und Client-Bereitstellung
  • Anwenderorientierte, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Windows 11
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Serviceorientierung
  • Kenntnisse in Microsoft Intune, Matrix sowie Windows-Migrationen und Client-Rollouts sind von Vorteil
