  • Aufgaben:
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Bereitstellung von Clients mithilfe von Matrix und/oder Microsoft Endpoint Manager
  • Bearbeitung und Lösung von IT-Anfragen im 1st-Level-Support
  • Pflege, Aktualisierung und Dokumentation des Asset Managements
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im Client- und Arbeitsplatzumfeld
  • Dokumentation von Supportfällen sowie Mitarbeit an der Optimierung bestehender IT-Prozesse
  • Profil:
  • Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, Fachinformatiker für Anwendungsentwicklung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Softwareverteilung und Client-Bereitstellung
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Microsoft Intune und Matrix sowie in der Verwaltung und Dokumentation von IT-Assets sind von Vorteil
  • gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Windows 11
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Windows-Migrationen und standardisierter Client-Rollouts sind wünschenswert
  • anwenderorientierte, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Serviceorientierung
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
