Tätigkeitsbeschreibung:

  • IT-Support: Eigenständige Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen im 2nd Level und Onsite Support
  • Arbeitsplatz-IT: Installation, Konfiguration und Betreuung von Windows-Clients, Software und Peripheriegeräten
  • Netzwerk & Hardware: Unterstützung bei LAN-Anbindungen, Verkabelung und technischen Störungen
  • Rollouts & Migrationen: Durchführung von Hardwaretausch, Client-Rollouts und Arbeitsplatzumzügen
  • Vor-Ort-Service: Technische Betreuung polizeilicher Dienststellen im Zuständigkeitsbereich des ITSC Potsdam
  • Dokumentation: Bearbeitung von Tickets sowie Pflege von IT-Beständen und technischen Nachweisen
  • Teamwork: Zusammenarbeit mit Helpdesk, Field Engineers und IT-Fachbereichen

Das gesuchte Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich, idealerweise als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder IT-Systemelektroniker
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im IT-Support, Field Service oder einem vergleichbaren technischen IT-Service
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft-Windows-Clientsystemen, Arbeitsplatzsoftware, Hardware und Peripheriegeräten
  • Grundkenntnisse in Netzwerk- und LAN-Technologien
  • Erfahrung in der Fehleranalyse, im Troubleshooting sowie bei Client-Rollouts, Migrationen und Hardwaretausch
  • Sicherer Umgang mit IT-Ticketsystemen und technischer Dokumentation
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
  • Gültiger Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Vor-Ort-Einsätzen an verschiedenen polizeilichen Dienststellen und Liegenschaften im Zuständigkeitsbereich des ITSC Potsdam
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse: mindestens C1-Niveau
  • Bereitschaft zur Sicherheitsüberprüfung (SÜ2)
