  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Betrieb und Optimierung der Server-, Client- und VMware-Infrastruktur
  • 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support sowie technische Störungsanalyse und -behebung
  • Administration der Windows-Domäne inklusive Active Directory, DNS, DHCP und File Services
  • System-Lifecycle-Management inklusive Patch- und Firmware-Management sowie Kapazitätsplanung
  • Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung von Microsoft 365, Azure sowie Netzwerk- und Security-Infrastrukturen
  • Automatisierung und Umsetzung von Infrastrukturprojekten, Migrationen und Rollouts
  • Dienstleister-, SLA- und Prozessmanagement inklusive IT-Dokumentation und Standardisierung
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit Windows Server, Active Directory, M365/Entra ID sowie zentralen IT-Diensten und Applikationsinfrastrukturen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in TCP/IP, Switching, VLAN, Routing, VPN und Firewall sowie Praxiserfahrung mit VMware oder Hyper-V
  • Erfahrung mit Mail-Security- und Signaturlösungen sowie in der Automatisierung administrativer Aufgaben, idealerweise mit PowerShell
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Infrastrukturprojekten, insbesondere Migrationen, Rollouts und Systemeinführungen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
