### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Vor-Ort-Support für IT-Arbeitsplätze und Endgeräte
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Austausch von Laptops, Desktops, Thin Clients und Peripheriegeräten
  • Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Störungen im Ticketsystem
  • Fehleranalyse und Support im Hard- und Softwareumfeld
  • Durchführung von Rollouts, Updates und Patchinstallationen
  • Unterstützung bei Umzügen, Installationen und Inbetriebnahmen von IT-Arbeitsplätzen
  • Betreuung von Kiosk-Systemen, Digital-Signage-Lösungen und weiteren IT-Komponenten

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, technische Ausbildung, Umschulung oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Support oder einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Hard- und Software-Support
  • Grundkenntnisse im Netzwerkbereich
  • Erfahrung bei Installation, Wartung und Austausch von IT-Endgeräten
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B2)
  • Serviceorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
