IT Operations Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a IT Operations Manager based in United States.

• This role owns the day-to-day IT operations, endpoint security, and technical support environment across a distributed organization and its business units.
• You’ll manage core IT tooling, identity and access, endpoint platforms, cloud environments, and relationships with managed service providers.
• A key part of the position is integrating business units onto common, centrally managed IT and security platforms while respecting their individual systems and requirements.
• You’ll also play an important role in maintaining audit readiness and providing the technical evidence required for SOC 2 and other security certifications.
• The position combines hands-on technical administration with vendor management, compliance, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
• You’ll work closely with executives, vendors, HR, operations, and non-technical users to ensure reliable and secure technology services.
• This is an opportunity for an experienced IT operations leader to take strong ownership of a broad technology environment in a fully remote setting.
