Im Auftrag unseres Kunden suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt mehrere Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für das Aufgabengebiet

IT-Servicetechniker Onsite (m/w/d)

JOBPROFIL - ID 11700

AUFGABEN

  • Durchführung von IMAC Service-Dienstleistungen (Install, Move, Add, Change) bei unseren Kund:innen
  • Inbetriebsetzung von IT-Arbeitsplätzen, mobile Devices (Hard- und Software)
  • Service Tätigkeiten für Clients
  • Support-Tätigkeiten im Rahmen von PC - und User Lifecycle-Management
  • Durchführung von IT Rollout-Projekten - Netzwerksupport / Patching

ANFORDERUNGEN

  • Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder IT System Elektroniker (mit Berufserfahrung von Vorteil)
  • alternativ einschlägige Berufserfahrung als IT-Techniker
  • Sind sehr kommunikativ, dienstleistungsorientiert und flexibel
  • Eine zielorientierte, systematische und Arbeitsweise
  • Ein sicheres Auftreten gegenüber internen und externen Partnern sowie ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Engagement, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsvermögen
  • Gute Kenntnisse Windows 10 11, Hardware (Notebooks, Desktops), MS Office (O365)
