Für unseren Kunden, ein führendes IT Systemhaus und Experten für zukunftsfähige IT Arbeitsplätze, suchen wir einen erfahrenen IT Servicetechniker Onsite (m/w/d), der die Betreuung von Windows Clients und die Abwicklung von Hardware Rollouts im Industrial IT Umfeld übernimmt.

  • Dich zeichnet aus:
  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung als IT Systemelektroniker, Fachinformatiker oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • Nachweisbare Berufspraxis im Bereich Hardware Rollout und Arbeitsplatzkonfiguration
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Onsite Support und Remote Support im Business Umfeld
  • Sichere Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1-Niveau
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung, lösungsorientierte Denkweise und Zuverlässigkeit

  • Deine Aufgaben als IT Servicetechniker Onsite (m/w/d):
  • Erbringung vielseitiger IT Services für einen Großkunden am Standort Augsburg
  • Abwicklung von Hardware Rollouts und Bereitstellung von IT Workplace Services für Business User
  • Onsite Support sowie Remote Support für circa 3000 Windows Clients
  • Gezielte Problemanalyse und professionelle Fehlerbehebung im Industrial IT Umfeld wie Panel PCs oder Industrial Tablets
  • Zuverlässige Installation, Konfiguration und Aufstellung von IT Workplace Hardware
  • Sorgfältige Dokumentation aller durchgeführten Arbeitsschritte im System
  • Wahrnehmung von Rufbereitschaftsdiensten am Wochenende im Wechsel inklusive attraktiver Extravergütung
