IT-Servicetechniker (w/m/d) gesucht - Wir suchen für unseren Kunden, ein Automobilzulieferer-Unternehmen, mit mehreren Standorten in Deutschland, zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen IT-Servicetechniker (w/m/d).

Für die Standorte Bietigheim-Bissingen, Coburg und Wemding werden IT-Servicetechniker (w/m/d) gesucht.

Der Einstieg erfolgt im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung, dabei erhalten Sie einen unbefristeten Arbeitsvertrag von Setcomp.

## Ihre Aufgaben als IT-Servicetechniker (w/m/d)

● Installation von Hard- und Software

● Basiskonfiguration und Installation von Devices

● Durchführung von Hard- und Software Rollouts

● Remote- oder Vor-Ort-Support bei Störungen

● Zeitnahe und professionelle Lösung für IT-Probleme und Anfragen

● Übernahme vielfältiger technischer Aufgaben im Rechenzentrum sowie zugehörige Dokumentation

● Eigenverantwortliche Installation und Anbindung der Systeme einschließlich Einrichten von Software sowie Netzkonfiguration

● Inbetriebnahme, Konfiguration und Abbau von Hardware bei Kunden

● Dokumentation durchgeführter Tätigkeiten im Ticketsystem

● Steuerung, Überwachung und Eskalation von Tickets gemäß definierter Prozesse

● Ansprechperson für allgemeine IT-Fragen

● Gelegentlich Rufbereitschaft für Kunden

● Aktive Pflege der Kundenbeziehungen
