IT-Support / Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (m/w/d) – Rollout & Anwenderhilfe

  • Für einen Kunden aus dem öffentlichen Dienst in Bremen suchen wir IT-Support / Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (m/w/d) – Rollout & Anwenderhilfe in Vollzeit.
  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Austausch bestehender Arbeitsplatzrechner gegen neue Systeme

Installation und Inbetriebnahme neuer Rechner inklusive Verkabelung

Aufnahme, Analyse und Bearbeitung von IT-Störungen im Client-Umfeld

Unterstützung der Anwenderhilfe und Systemadministration

Hardware- und Softwaremanagement

Transport sowie Aussonderung alter Geräte

  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder vergleichbare IT-Ausbildung

Alternativ abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im IT-Bereich

Gute Kenntnisse in Windows-Clientsystemen (ab Windows 10)

Kenntnisse in MS Office, Browsern, Exchange sowie grundlegenden IT-Systemen

Technisches Verständnis für Hardware, Software und Netzwerke

Serviceorientierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

Führerschein Klasse B
