  • uns genau richtig Aufgaben Unterstützung und Beratung der Mitarbeiter
  • bei IT-Anfragen und Störungen (1st- und 2nd-Level-Support)
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hard- und Software
  • Verwaltung und Betreuung von IT-Arbeitsplätzen, Druckern und
  • Netzwerkinfrastruktur Überwachung und Behebung von Störungen im
  • IT-Bereich Dokumentation von Supportfällen und Lösungen in einem
  • Ticketsystem Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Umsetzung neuer
  • IT-Projekte Profil Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z.B.
  • Fachinformatiker/in für Systemintegration) oder eine vergleichbare
  • Qualifikation Erste Berufserfahrung im IT-Support wünschenswert Gute
  • Kenntnisse in Windows-Betriebssystemen und Microsoft Office
  • Ausgeprägte Service- und Lösungsorientierung Teamfähigkeit,
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Zuverlässigkeit Gute Deutsch- und
