Für unseren Kunden, ein führendes IT-Systemhaus und Experte für zukunftsfähige IT-Arbeitsplätze, suchen wir einen erfahrenen IT Servicetechniker Onsite (m/w/d) in Hamburg-Finkenwerder.

Als IT Servicetechniker, IT Techniker oder IT Support Mitarbeiter betreust Du die IT-Infrastruktur direkt beim Kunden vor Ort. Du unterstützt den 2nd Level Support, analysierst technische Störungen und sorgst für eine zuverlässige Lösung von Hardware-, Software- und Netzwerkproblemen.

  • Dich zeichnet aus:
  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z. B. als IT-Systemelektroniker (m/w/d), Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung im IT Support
  • Erfahrung im Onsite Support, 1st oder 2nd Level Support von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse aktueller Windows Betriebssysteme
  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Hardware, Software und IT-Arbeitsplätzen
  • Erste Kenntnisse im Bereich Netzwerk und IT-Infrastruktur
  • Gute Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Deine Aufgaben als IT Servicetechniker Onsite (m/w/d):
  • Bearbeitung des 2nd Level Supports direkt beim Kunden vor Ort
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Betreuung moderner Hardware- und Softwarelösungen
  • Analyse und Behebung von IT-Störungen sowie technischen Problemen
  • Betreuung von Windows-Arbeitsplätzen und gängiger IT-Systeme
  • Analyse von Problemen im Bereich Netzwerk und IT-Infrastruktur
  • Eigenständiges Erarbeiten nachhaltiger Lösungsansätze für technische und komplexe IT-Herausforderungen
  • Unterstützung beim fachlichen Eskalationsmanagement
  • Sorgfältige und lückenlose Dokumentation aller durchgeführten Arbeiten und Lösungen im Ticketsystem
