Du möchtest Anwender im IT Alltag unterstützen und dafür sorgen, dass Technik einfach funktioniert? Dann werde IT Support Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) in Hamburg und hilf dabei, IT Probleme schnell zu lösen und den Betrieb stabil zu halten.

Diese Position ist im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung mit Option auf Übernahme zu besetzten.

  • Dich zeichnet aus:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT Bereich oder gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im IT Support oder Anwenderumfeld
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Windows Systemen und IT Hardware
  • Serviceorientierte und lösungsfokussierte Arbeitsweise
  • Strukturierte Herangehensweise bei technischen Problemen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C-Niveau)
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Bedeutung für das Unternehmen

  • Unterstützung von Anwendern im First und Second Level Support
  • Analyse und Lösung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen
  • Betreuung von Windows Arbeitsplätzen und Endgeräten
  • Installation und Konfiguration von Software und Betriebssystemen
  • Unterstützung bei technischen Anfragen im IT Umfeld
  • Dokumentation aller Vorgänge im Ticketsystem
