Wir suchen für unseren Kunden nach folgender Vakanz:

  • Aufgaben:
  • Bewertung von Virenereignissen und die daraus resultierende Umsetzung von Maßnahmen,
  • Unterstützung bei den Arbeiten im Rahmen der Produktentwicklung z.B. Aktualisierung und Erweiterung der Virenschutzprogramme,
  • Pflege der zu den Programmen gehörigen Dokumentationen,
  • Durchführung qualitätssichernder Maßnahmen/technischer Tests,
  • Weiterführung von Dokumentationen und Betriebshandbüchern,
  • Kontrolle der Infrastruktur und der Informationsübermittlung per Mail auf Fehler,
  • Bearbeitung von Changes im Rahmen der Serviceaufgaben,
  • Analyse und Behebung von Fehlern während des Services
  • Anforderungen:
  • Erfahrung in der Präsentation von Projektergebnissen auf Managementebene und in Fachkreisen,
  • Erfahrungen in der Moderation von Kunden- und Projektmettings sowie in der sicheren Anwendung von Projektmanagement-Tools wie Jira, Konfluenz u.ä.,
  • Zertifizierung ITILv4 Foundation,
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung von technischer Dokumentation, Betriebshandbüchern o.ä.,
  • Eingehende Hochschulbildung in Informatik oder vergleichbare Studien
