  • Störungsannahme zu Soft- und Hardwareproblemen im Service Desk

  • Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung per Remote - Zugriff

  • Benutzerverwaltung
  • -
  • Installation & Konfiguration von Hard- und Softwarekomponenten
  • Ihr Profil:
  • -
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Umfeld
  • -
  • Berufserfahrung wünschenswert, aber auch Berufsanfänger herzlich willkommen

  • Erfahrungen im 1st Level Support

  • Sicherer Umgang mit Windows Produkten

  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Ticket- und Remotetools
