Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der lokalen IT Arbeitsplatzinfrastruktur mit Windows, Intune und SCCM
  • Anwenderunterstützung vor Ort im 2nd Level Support
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im Netzwerk, Client und Workplace Umfeld
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Endgeräten und zugehöriger Software
  • Pflege und Optimierung der Netzwerkinfrastruktur mit LAN, WLAN und WAN in Zusammenarbeit mit dem globalen Netzwerkteam
  • Mitarbeit in IT-Infrastrukturprojekten für Zentraleuropa sowie Unterstützung globaler Rollouts und neuer Technologien
  • Technische Dokumentation, Durchführung von Schulungen und Austausch mit internationalen Teams
  • Profil:
  • Studium im Bereich Informatik oder Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Support und Instrastruktur-Umfeld und mit ITIL-Prozessen wie Incident, Change, Problem Management und ITSM-Systemen
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Windows-Client- und Serverbetriebssysteme, Intune, SCCM und Remote-Support-Tools sowie mit Netzwerktechnologien wie LAN / WAN / WLAN / VPN, DNS, Firewall
  • strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Kundenorientierung und Teamfähigkeit
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
