Für unseren renommierten Kunden suchen wir Sie als PC Techniker (m-w-d) IT Support

Jobprofil
 
* Incidentbearbeitung für Desktops, Notebooks und Peripheriegeräte im Rahmen von Rollouts sowie vor Ort beim Kunden 
* Betanken der Rechner sowie Austauschen und Inbetriebnahme der Ersatz- und Neugeräte 
* Annahme und Bearbeitung der Aufträge im Ticketsystem 
* Einweisung der Endanwender
Profil
 
* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Jahr Praxiserfahrung im IT-Umfeld z.B. als IT-Techniker (m-w-d), Fachinformatiker (m-w-d) Systemintegration, IT-Systemelektroniker (m-w-d), etc. 
* Gute Kenntnisse im Windows 7 bzw. Windows 10 Umfeld sowie gute Hardware Kenntnisse 
* Erfahrung im Anwender IT-Support sowie im Umgang mit einem Ticketsystem oder ähnlichen Dokumentationsworkflows 
* Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift 
Leistungen
