Als IT-Supporter Anwendungsbetreuung (m/w/d) verantworten Sie zentrale Systeme und treiben deren Weiterentwicklung voran.

  • SIE PASSEN ZU UNS, WENN SIE FOLGENDES MITBRINGEN:
  • Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker/Fachinformatikerin oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position von Vorteil, Berufseinsteiger sind willkommen.
  • Interesse an Prozessoptimierung
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Verlässliche und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Und vor allem: Freude an der Arbeit im Team!
  • DIESE TäTIGKEITEN WARTEN AUF SIE:
  • Wartung und Fehlerbehebung unterschiedlicher Business Applikationen
  • 1st und 2nd Level Support vor-Ort oder Remote (via Ticketsystem und Hotline)
  • Mitwirkung in Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung der IT-Lösungen
  • Geschäftsprozesse digitalisieren und automatisieren
  • Dokumentation von IT-Lösungen und Prozessen
  • Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung und zur Einarbeitung in neue technologische Entwicklungen
