Zur Verstärkung unseres IT-Teams für unseren Stammsitz in Annweiler suchen wir ab sofort einen IT-Systemadministration & IT Support (m/w/d).

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Administration der Serverlandschaft, Firewalls und Backup Systeme
  • Installation und Einrichtung von Endgeräten und Systemen
  • Bearbeitung, Priorisierung und Überwachung von Serviceanfragen über unser Ticketsystem
  • Zusammenarbeit mit externen IT-Dienstleistern bei der Fehleranalyse und Lösungsfindung
  • Dokumentation von IT-Systemen, Konfigurationen und technischen Lösungen
  • Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten sowie an der kontinuierlichen Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Systemlandschaft

## Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare qualifizierte Qualifikation im IT-Bereich
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im geforderten Bereich
  • Selbstorganisierte, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Serviceorientierung
  • Flexibilität, ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
  • Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen internen und externen Ansprechpersonen auf Deutsch und Englisch
