## Welche Aufgaben gibt´s für Dich:

  • Du verwaltest und konfigurierst unsere Cloud-Lösungen und Managed Services
  • Du gestaltest und installierst eine stabile und bedarfsgerechte IT-Umgebung für unsere Kunden
  • Du wirkst im gesamten Netzwerk-Automatisierungsprozess mit unserem RMM-Tool mit
  • Du hilfst unseren Kunden per remote oder bei Bedarf mit technischem Vor-Ort-Service weiter

## Das hast Du drauf:

  • Du besitzt eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung aus dem IT-Bereich oder auch mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Quereinsteiger
  • Deine fundierten Kenntnisse im Help Desk und in der Administration von Serverstrukturen helfen dir bei der Lösungssuche
  • Du hast Erfahrungen mit Microsoft Servern- und Clients und bestenfalls Linux Kenntnisse
  • Über aktuelle sicherheitsrelevante Themen und Monitoring Lösungen bist Du up to date
  • Du arbeitetest eigenverantwortlich, lösungsorientiert und strukturiert
  • Deine ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit zeichnet Dich aus
