Sowohl im Außendienst als auch im Innendienst schaffen wir spannende IT-Jobs im Oberland. Darüber hinaus entwickeln wir Software zur Automatisierung von Dokumentenprozessen wie Bestell- und Rechnungseingang für Großkunden.   • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Experte für M365 Umgebungen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Hard- und Softwarebereich
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Netzwerksicherheit
  • Experte in der Netzwerkadministration
  • Sehr gute Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch
  • Kommunikative und gewinnende Persönlichkeit
  • Ausgeprägter Lernwille
  • Sehr hohe Eigenständigkeit
  • Freude am qualifizierten Kundensupport

  • Bearbeitung von IT-Störungen im Server- und Netzwerkumfeld per Telefon, Remoteunterstützung und vor Ort.
  • Unterstützung der IT-Anwender im Hard- und Softwarebereich
  • 2nd-Level Support
  • Planung und Umsetzung neuer IT-Projekte
  • Beratung unserer Kunden zu deren IT-Infrastruktur
