Compensation

$40–$50 per hour (DOE)

What You'll Do

• •Communicate professionally with homeowners by actively listening, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service
• •Install and run new electrical feeds, primarily low-voltage wiring for HVAC equipment
• •Perform electrical panel upgrades and service upgrades
• •Install and support wiring for heating and cooling equipment
• •Conduct site visits to evaluate electrical requirements and project needs
• •Maintain accurate and complete material and stock lists
• •Install, troubleshoot, and support Generac systems (experience preferred)
• •Work closely with installation teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards

• •Continuously expand technical skills through training and certifications

Requirements

Qualifications

• •Massachusetts Journeyman Electrician License required
• •Low-voltage electrical experience required
• •Experience wiring heating and cooling equipment required
• •Ability to pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and pre-employment drug screen
• •OSHA 10 Certification is a plus
• •Experience with older residential wiring ("snake wiring") preferred
• •Generac certification or generator experience preferred
• •Knowledge of HVAC controls, controls, relays, and zone boards preferred
• •Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• •Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently
• •Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
