Jr. Brand Video Editor

We are looking for a hands-on video editor who can create clean, effective videos for ads and social media.

This role focuses on execution, consistency, and improvement. You will work on performance content and learn how to optimise videos for retention and conversions.

Location & Details

• •Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai
• •Work Setup: On-site
• •Work Days: Monday to Saturday
• •Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM
• •Compensation: ₹5 to 6 LPA
• •Openings: 1 to 2

What You Will Work On

• •Short-form videos (Reels, ads)
• •Performance creatives
• •Social media content

What You Will Do

• •Edit videos for ads and social media
• •Follow briefs and references to create clean edits
• •Focus on basic retention and clarity (clear message, smooth flow)
• •Create multiple versions of videos (A/B cuts)
• •Make changes based on feedback
• •Deliver 1 to 2 videos per day consistently
• •Work closely with senior editor and content team

Must Have

• •2 to 3 years experience in video editing
• •Good working knowledge of Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus)
• •Basic understanding of:
• •pacing
• •clean cuts
• •simple storytelling

• •Ability to follow briefs and execute accurately
• •Ability to take feedback and improve
• •Willingness to learn performance content

Good to Have

• •Basic understanding of ads / reels
• •Basic Photoshop or design skills
• •Interest in skincare / wellness / lifestyle
