  • Projekt- und Bauleitung Mitwirkung im Projekt- und Budgetcontrolling
  • sowie bei der Kostenüberwachung Unterstützung bei Ausschreibungen,
  • Angebotsprüfungen und Vergabeprozessen Mitwirkung im Vertrags- und
  • Nachunternehmermanagement Rechnungsprüfung, Fristenkontrolle sowie
  • Unterstützung im Gewährleistungs- und Mängelmanagement
  • Unterstützung bei der Projektabwicklung, Dokumentation und
  • Aufmaßkontrolle Teilnahme an Baustellenbegehungen sowie Übernahme
  • administrativer Aufgaben Ihre Anforderungen Mehrjährige Erfahrung in
  • der deutschen Baubranche, vorzugsweise im kaufmännischen Bereich
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Baukaufmann (m/w/d), Projektkaufmann
  • (m/w/d) oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium Bauingenieurwesen oder
  • Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen (Bau) Kenntnisse im Bauvertragsrecht und der
  • VOB Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Nachunternehmern, Behörden
  • und weiteren Projektbeteiligten Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ihre Benefits Gehalt je nach Erfahrung/Qualifikation bei 50.000 -
  • 55.000 EUR/brutto p.a. Entwicklungsperspektive zur Bauleitung modernes
