Kalkulator (m/w/d) im SHK-Bereich

Aufgaben:

  • Erstellen von Kalkulationen nach Leistungsverzeichnissen
  • Selbständige und verantwortliche Erstellung von Angeboten auf der Grundlage von technischen Plänen, Spezifikationen und Kundenanforderungen in den Bereichen Heizung, Sanitär und Lüftung
  • Bearbeiten von Gaeb-Dateien
  • Preisanfragen bei Lieferanten, Nachunternehmen und Dienstleistern inkl. der Nachverfolgung
  • Bearbeiten und bewerten von Lieferantenangeboten
  • Überwachung und Aktualisierung von Kostenvergleichen während des gesamten Angebotsprozesses
  • Vorbereitung von Bieter- und Vergabegesprächen
  • Dokumentation und Archivierung von Angebotsunterlagen und entsprechenden Korrespondenzen
  • Eigenständige Preisverhandlungen mit Kunden und Lieferanten im Rahmen der Angebotsphase

Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im SHK-Handwerk
  • Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Handwerksmeister wünschenswert, aber nicht Bedingung
  • Erfahrung in der Kalkulation von Bau- oder Baunebenkosten erforderlich
  • Kenntnisse der Bauvorschriften, Bautechniken und Materialien
  • Selbstverantwortliches und selbstständiges Arbeiten
