## Ihre Aufgaben
- Eigenverantwortliche Kalkulation von schlüsselfertigen Projekten unter Einbezug unserer Fachkompetenzen in Rohbau, TGA und AV
- Optimierung von Projekten durch Sondervorschläge und Alternativen
- Begleitung der Angebots- und Verhandlungsphasen
- Erstellung der Arbeitskalkulation und Schnittstelle zur Arbeitsvorbereitung
## Ihr Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bauingenieurstudium oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
- Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in der Kalkulation oder Ausführung von GU-Projekten
- Fundierte Anwenderkenntnisse in einem Kalkulationsprogramm (RIB iTWO von Vorteil)
- Der Blick fürs Wesentliche sowie technisches wirtschaftliches Verständnis
- Teamfähigkeit sowie eine zielorientierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
