Wir, die Dorfkäserei Geifertshofen, sind eine kleine Heumilchkäserei im idyllischen Hohenlohe. Die Heumilch g.t.S. unserer 13 regionalen Bioland- und Demeterhöfe verarbeiten wir nach traditionellem Handwerk und mit viel Liebe zu feinem Hart- und Schnittkäse sowie zu Molkenrahmbutter. Alle unsere Heumilchkäse sind reine, unverfälschte Naturprodukte, gefertigt nach unserem Reinheitsgebot: frische Bio-Heumilch g.t.S., Kulturen, Siedesalz und Lab – gereift im Ziegelgewölbe.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Dorfladen suchen wir in Vollzeit eine/n Käser/in (m/w/d) als Elternzeitvertretung von November 2026 bis Januar/ Februar 2027, bei Bedarf auch länger.

### Was bei uns zu tun ist:

  • Herstellung unserer handwerklichen Bio - Heumilchkäse
  • Handwerkliche Käsepflege
  • Mitarbeit bei den täglichen Abläufen in der Käserei
  • Sorgfältiges Arbeiten und Einhaltung unserer Hygienestandards

### Was Du mitbringst:

  • Erfahrung in der Käseherstellung
  • Freude an handwerklicher Arbeit und guten Lebensmitteln
  • Sorgfalt, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamgeist

### Was wir Dir bieten:

  • Eine Vollzeitstelle als Elternzeitvertretung von November 2026 bis Januar/ Februar 2027
  • Beginn und Ende nach Absprache flexibel, bei Bedarf ist auch eine längere Beschäftigung möglich
  • Wohnraum kann zur Verfügung gestellt werden
  • Ein kleines, familiäres Team und echtes Käsehandwerk
