Für unsere Milchmanufaktur in Grebshorn suchen wir engagierte Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) (Käser, Milchtechnologe)

Du hast Interesse an handwerklicher Milchverarbeitung in einer teilautomatisierten Käserei, bist engagiert und möchtest eigenverantwortlich arbeiten? Dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig!

Aufgaben:

  • Herstellung von Käse und Joghurt (5-mal pro Woche)
  • Käsepflege
  • Reinigung und Hygienemaßnahmen
  • Administratives rund um den Käse
  • Abfüllen, Verpacken und Kommissionieren

Qualifikation:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Milchtechnologe oder Käser (m/w/d)
  • Begeisterung und Leidenschaft für guten Käse
  • Erfahrung in der Herstellung von Käse
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Qualitätsanspruch
  • Sorgfältiges und selbstständiges Arbeiten sowie ein ausgeprägtes Hygienebewusstsein
  • Technisches Grundverständnis
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit
