Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Allgemeine Büroorganisation und Verwaltung
  • Annahme von Telefonaten und Kundenbetreuung
  • Erstellung von Briefen und E-Mails
  • Ansprechpartnerin im Haus für alles Rund um die IT

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bürokauffrau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute IT-Kenntnisse
  • Höfliches und freundliches Auftreten
  • Pünktlichkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und eine vielseitige Arbeitsweise
