KAUFFRAU / KAUFMANN (m/w/d) FÜR SPEDITION- UND LOGISTIKDIENSTLEISTUNG ODER

SPEDITIONSKAUFFRAU / SPEDITIONSKAUFMANN (m/w/d)

für Tätigkeiten in der Disposition (Mitarbeiter / Fuhrpark) im Nahverkehr.

Das Unternehmen ist ein erfolgreicher Transportdienstleister und darauf spezialisiert, dass jeden Tag die Waren der Kunden genau dort ankommen, wo sie bereits erwartet werden.

IHRE AUFGABEN:

  • Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung der Nahverkehrstouren
  • Einsatzplanung der Fahrer (m/w/d)
  • Disposition des eigenen Fuhrparks
  • Annahme und Erfassung von Transportaufträgen
  • Abstimmung von Lieferterminen mit Kunden, Fahrern und Partnerunternehmen
  • Ansprechpartner für Fahrer, Kunden und Transportunternehmer im Tagesgeschäft
  • Überwachung der termingerechten Transportdurchführung sowie Reaktion auf Abweichungen und Störungen
  • Erstellung und Kontrolle transportrelevanter Dokumente
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung der Dispositions- und Transportdaten im System

IHR PROFIL – Sie bringen mit:

  • eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung zur/zum Kauffrau/-mann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung bzw. zur/zum Speditionskauffrau/-mann (beide m/w/d) ODER
  • langjährige Erfahrungen und Praxis als Disponent/-in (m/w/d) im Speditionswesen
  • den sicheren Umgang mit den MS-Office-Produkten (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • gute Deutsch-Sprach- und Schreibkenntnisse – zur Umsetzung Ihrer Aufgaben
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Teamorientierung
  • eine selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
