Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine kaufmännische Fachkraft (m/w/d) für Spedition und Logistik.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Disposition und Steuerung unserer Fahrzeuge und Fahrer (Nah- und Fernverkehr)
  • Angebotserstellung, Auftragsannahme und Auftragsabwicklung
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden, Frachtführern und Partnerspeditionen
  • Erstellung von Frachtpapieren, Lieferscheinen und Zolldokumenten
  • Kontrolle von Eingangsrechnungen sowie Vorbereitung der Ausgangsfakturierung
  • Überwachung von Terminen, Laufzeiten und Auslastung
  • Pflege der Stammdaten in unserem digitalen Auftragssystem
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung unserer Prozesse und Tourenplanung

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation
  • Alternativ mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Spedition, Transport oder Logistik
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Erfahrung mit Speditions- oder Dispositionssoftware von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Organisationstalent, Belastbarkeit und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an Teamarbeit und direktem Kundenkontakt
