  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der Automobilbranche ist von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Gutes Zahlenverständnis und analytisches Denkvermögen

  • IHRE AUFGABEN
  • Abrechnung von Werkstattaufträgen
  • Einholen und Verarbeitung notwendiger Freigaben nach Herstellervorgaben
  • Kontrolle und Controlling der vorgegebenen Arbeitszeiten
  • Durchführung der Garantieabrechnung nach Herstellervorgaben
  • Unterstützung im Unfallmanagement
  • Prüfung und Bearbeitung abrechnungsrelevanter Vorgänge
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Service, Werkstatt und weiteren internen Bereichen
  • Unterstützung bei allgemeinen kaufmännischen Prozessen
