Als Mitarbeiter/in in unserem Service Team bist Du gemeinsam mit den Kolleginnen und Kollegen verantwortlich für die gesamte Kundenkommunikation. Kundenzufriedenheit ist Dir ein Anliegen und Du hast betriebswirtschaftliche Grundkenntnisse? Super, dann meld Dich bei Karina und lern uns kennen.

  • Kaffee-, Tee- und Wasserflatrate sind bei uns selbstverständlich
  • Die Bearbeitung von allen Kundenanfragen via Telefon oder E-Mail
  • Reklamationsbearbeitung, Beantwortung von Produktfragen oder Rückmeldungen zu Fragen zum Bestellstatus sind Dein Daily Business
  • Aktive Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Lager und unseren Lieferanten zählen ebenfalls zu Deinen Aufgaben
  • Nach der Einarbeitungszeit ist eine Übernahme von eigenen Verantwortungsbereichen wie z.B. Monitoring unserer Marktplatzquoten oder das Retouremanagement möglich
  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im kaufmännischen Bereich
  • Betriebswirtschaftliche und buchhalterische Grundkenntnisse
  • Digitale Affinität und versierter Umgang mit dem PC
  • Erfahrungen mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen
  • Kommunikationsstärke in Wort und Schrift
  • Grundlegendes Interesse an Baumarktsortimenten
  • ... und das vermutlich Wichtigste: Der Wille unsere Kunden zufrieden zu stellen und Spaß am Kundenkontakt - vor allem via Telefon und E-Mail
