Wir, die G&A Produktionsservice GmbH aus Bremerhaven sind ein Unternehmen im Bereich Produktionsinstandhaltung und Industriereinigung. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine motivierte Assistenz der Geschäftsführung (m/w/d) in Teilzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben:

alle anfallenden Administrativen Aufgaben, wie Rechnungen schreiben, Stunden übertragen, Leistungserfassung, Postbearbeitung

Ihr Profil:

  • kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der Büroorganisation
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • PKW-FS, da wir einen Fremdfirmenplatz in Bremen haben, der auch mal besetzt werden sollte
