Es handelt sich um eine Teilzeitbeschäftigung. Die genaue Arbeitszeit kann hierbei vereinbart werden.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Kundenservice & Kommunikation : Betreuung unserer Kunden per E-Mail und Telefon (Telefondienst)
  • Rechnungslegung : Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Rechnungen sowie Unterstützung im Mahnwesen
  • Kaufmännische Abläufe : Organisation und Abwicklung administrativer und kaufmännischer Prozesse
  • Datenpflege : Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kundendaten in unserem Warenwirtschaftsprogramm
  • Tourenplanung : Planung und Koordination der Einsatzrouten unserer Techniker

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung , z. B. als Bürokaufmann/-frau , Kaufmann/-frau im Groß- und Außenhandel oder vergleichbar
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen und Warenwirtschaftssystemen
  • Freundliches und serviceorientiertes Auftreten am Telefon und im Schriftverkehr
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Organisationstalent
