  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Freundlicher Empfang von Kunden und Gästen sowie Annahme und Weiterleitung eingehender Telefonate an die zuständigen Ansprechpartner
  • Organisation des Empfangsbereichs und Koordination der Besprechungsräume einschließlich der Vor- und Nachbereitung
  • Digitalisierung und Bearbeitung eingehender Rechnungen mithilfe des Dokumentenmanagementsystems
  • Selbstständige Bearbeitung der Ein- und Ausgangspost sowie Verwaltung von Büro- und Verbrauchsmaterialien
  • Koordination der Poolfahrzeuge und Organisation ihrer Ausgabe
  • Ihre Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, vorzugsweise im kaufmännischen Bereich oder in der Hotellerie
  • Erste Berufserfahrung am Empfang oder in einer vergleichbaren Position ist von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten, gute Umgangsformen sowie eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
  • Ihre Benefits:
