Dein Profil

Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein vergleichbares Studium und bereits erste Erfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung gesammelt. Idealerweise bringst Du Kenntnisse in der Abrechnung sowie in internationalen Versandprozessen und der Zollabwicklung mit. Außerdem kennst Du Dich mit einem ERP-System, vorzugsweise Sage, aus. Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverant wortlich und zuverlässig. Organisations talent, Teamgeist und ein freundliches Auftreten zeichnen Dich aus. Berührungsängste mit technischen Produkten hast Du nicht. Alles Weitere lernst Du bei uns. Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab.

Selbstständige Bearbeitung und Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen Pflege und Verwaltung von Kunden und Auftragsdaten im ERP-System Organisation und Koordination der Auftragsabwicklung in enger Abstimmung mit Kunden und internen Fachbereichen Unterstützung bei allgemeinen administrativen und operativen Tätigkeiten im Tagesgeschäft Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Einkauf, Technik, Entwicklung und Produktion
