  • Sie möchten direkt als kaufmännischer Mitarbeiter im Versandbüro starten? Für unserer Kunden in Bad Oeynhausen suchen wir kaufmännischen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Was kommt auf Sie zu:

  • Kaufmännische Abwicklung und Organisation von Versandvorgängen
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Versandpapieren und Lieferdokumenten
  • Erstellung von Zollanmeldungen und Bearbeitung der hierfür erforderlichen Unterlagen
  • Erstellung von Proforma-Rechnungen und sonstigen exportbezogenen Dokumenten
  • Erstellung von Lieferscheinen, Rechnungen und Versandunterlagen
  • Prüfung von Versand- und Zolldokumenten auf Vollständigkeit und Richtigkeit
  • Koordination und Abstimmung mit Speditionen, Paketdiensten und Frachtführern
  • Organisation und Überwachung von Versandterminen und Lieferungen
  • Bearbeitung von Ausfuhr- und Exportvorgängen
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden, Speditionen und ggf. Zollbehörden
  • Erfassung und Pflege von Versanddaten im Warenwirtschafts- bzw. ERP-System
  • Allgemeine kaufmännische Tätigkeiten im Bereich Versand und Logistik
  • Ablage und Dokumentation der Versand- und Zolldokumente
  • Was müssen Sie mitbringen:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Spedition, Logistik, Groß- und Außenhandel
  • oder vergleichbar
  • Berufserfahrung im Versand-, Export- oder Zollbereich von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office und gängigen Warenwirtschafts- bzw. ERP-Systemen
  • Kenntnisse im Zoll- und Exportrecht wünschenswert
  • Sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
