# Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Ansprechpartner:in für kaufmännische Fragestellungen innerhalb der Weiser Brandschutz & Technik
  • Erstellung von Controlling-Berichten für die Geschäftsführung und verantwortlichen Führungskräfte
  • Ausbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des internen Berichtswesen zur Steuerung der kaufmännischen Prozesse
  • Synchronisation von Prozessen sowie Etablierung neuer Standards
  • Risikomanagement, Liquiditäts- und Rentabilitätscontrolling
  • Prüfung & Kontierung von Eingangsrechnungen
  • Bearbeitung von Zahlungserinnerungen & Mahnungen
  • Konzeption und Erstellung von Analysen und Reports
  • Unterstützung beim Jahresabschluss in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Controlling-Abteilung der GOLDBECK GmbH

# Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Buchhaltung oder Controlling
  • Fundierte MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel, Erfahrung mit Datev wünschenswert
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams und an dem Austausch mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen
  • Souveränes Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke sowie Teamfähigkeit
