Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt an unserem Hauptstandort in Moosburg in Vollzeit einen:

# Kaufmännischen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für den Bereich Disposition Sonderabfall

## DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Disposition und Koordination der Transporte im Bereich Sonderabfall
  • Planung und Optimierung der Touren unter Berücksichtigung gesetzlicher Vorgaben und Kundenanforderungen
  • Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Fahrern, Kunden und Entsorgungsanlagen
  • Erstellung und Prüfung von Begleitpapieren (z. B. Entsorgungsnachweise, Lieferscheine)
  • Terminüberwachung und Sicherstellung der termingerechten Abholung/Anlieferung
  • Reklamationsbearbeitung und Klärung bei Rück fragen im Tagesgeschäft
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen

## DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder vergleichbar
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Disposition
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie idealer weise Erfahrung mit Dispositionssoftware
  • Organisationstalent, Kommunikationsstärke und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • ADR-Kenntnisse von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
