Deine Aufgaben:

Buchung und Prüfung aller Eingangsrechnungen und Überwachung des Workflows.

Laufende Finanzbuchhaltung (Debitoren, Kreditoren, Zahlungsverkehr, Meldungen, Kasse).

Allgemeines Büromanagement und Unterstützung am Front-Desk.

Das bringst Du mit:

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.

Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Buchhaltungsprogrammen (z. B. DATEV, GDI) und MS Office.

Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Freude an Zahlen – und am Arbeiten im Team.
