  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, bevorzugt mit Erfahrung in der Transportlogistik
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit EDV- und Office-Programmen (Outlook, Excel)
  • Lernfähigkeit, Freundlichkeit sowie ein ausgeprägter Service-Gedanke
  • Offene, positive Kommunikation, sowie unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln

  • Proaktive Sendungsverfolgung und Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden
  • Bearbeitung von Kunden- und Lieferantenanfragen zum Sendungsverlauf europäischer Transporte
  • Rücksprachen mit unseren Speditionspartnern und Transportunternehmen
  • Unterstützung Lademittelverwaltung
  • Reklamationsbearbeitung
  • KPI-Erfassung
  • Kontaktinformationen
