Für unseren namhaften Kunden aus der Industrie in Rastede suchen wir ab sofort Unterstützung. Die Stelle ist zunächst bis Ende Dezember 2026 befristet, es besteht jedoch die Option auf eine Verlängerung.

Die vorliegende Stelle ist im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung zu besetzen.

Kaufmännischer Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) in Rastede

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Stammdatenpflege: Du übernimmst die Pflege von Artikelstammdaten, einschließlich der Zuordnung von HS-Codes.
  • Versand & Logistik: Du erstellst Lieferscheine, wickelst Versandanmeldungen ab und unterstützt tatkräftig bei der Kommissionierung.
  • Dokumentenmanagement: Du verwaltest, prüfst und legst Garantienachweise ordnungsgemäß ab.
  • Ihre Qualifikationen:
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Kfm. Bereich.
  • Eine strukturierte, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und Zuverlässigkeit.
  • Guten Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen.
