  • Einholung und Vergleich von Angeboten sowie Bestellabwicklung
  • Prüfung von Eingangsrechnungen
  • Pflege von Lieferanten- und Artikeldaten im Produktionsplanungssystem
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Auswertungen und Reports
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Angeboten
  • Kommunikation mit internen Abteilungen der Firmengruppe und Kunden

## Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Kauffrau/-mann für Büromanagement, Industriekauf- frau/-mann oder vergleichbar)
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Einkauf und/ oder Rechnungswesen von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office (insbesondere Excel und Outlook)
  • Erfahrung mit einem PPS-System (z. B. SAP, Infor, o. ä.) wünschenswert
  • Strukturierte, gewissenhafte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Belastbarkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
